Last night I watched the ball drop...the ball of my head drop onto the pillow at 9pm
I do think there were special effects. Yes. Vapor did bellow out upon the point of impact.

Good morning and Happy New Year, folks! I stayed up and watched the ball drop and then another hour for New Year to hit here in the central time zone! First time in at least 15 years I did that. Of course, I took about a 3 hour nap last night and a shower at 10PM to help, plus my wife worked for hours making a beef wellington for a late celebratory dinner! It was nice, and definitely out of my norm, but glad I made it. At least it made my wife happy . Corey, I hope this year is a super year for you, my friend! At least it's starting off great, with my brassy in the lineup!
