yeah, I've been loving the center coil with air hitting both sides for a really long time now. I now build everything that way, I even modified some of my regular dual coil attys by shortening the center posts and modified some chalices by drilling the opposite side for air for the same effect, it's really what I run in everything. the flavor that gets extracted by air hitting both sides of a coil at the same time is really just better to me than the more conventional air just hitting one side. the explanation of why it works is long and boring but it just works...

I think most that try it agree and now some atty guys are even making dual post atties to facilitate these builds too, stuff like thumps and stumpys and the narda and many other new atties now allow a build like this with more coming out all the time, but the smaller diameter of the nuppin makes it especially nice because of the smaller chamber and closer proximity of the air holes to the single coil. actually the chalice is really sick with this setup being only 14mm but even the 18mm nuppin is really great for this. if you haven't tried it I'd def encourage trying it :)

Have you tried the Origen Little 16 yet, Turbo?

I've been meaning to try this in the Stumpy... I will miss not being able to look down in the chuff, and see it fill and drain like a sink, though...

not yet man but it's def next on my radar... I want one bad just haven't gotten around to it yet. I actually have enough nuppins and chalices to last a few lifetimes so no immediate rush but yeah, that's def my next atty. I almost gota narda but the fiasco with tom getting screwed Igave up my spot for it to help him out, now I think I'm regretting that decision though but really I think the O16 is probably more up my alley anyway...

I've really become a fan of single coil, air from both sides, much thanks @turbocad6

My vaping style is somewhere between MTL and DLH with wide open air. I shied away from the O16 for awhile thinking it may be too restrictive. I recently picked one up and it is an awesome atty. the flavor I get is marginally better than a Nuppin' while the vapor production is marginally less. The AFC wide open is just about perfect for the way I vape. It could use a little more air flow, but not much. Definitely not enough to cause me to take a drill too it.

Whereas I was worried it would be too airy, but it works just fine for my only mildly sub-ohm MTl style with the two smallest air holes flowing air as shown by the arrows in the pic, and after using one for a short time, I quickly concluded that I needed more. :D

Versatile little bugger. I've come to the same conclusion myself.
