Hey, JP! I've been battling it out with a hardened piece of steel, this evening........


Did you ever just have one of those days................

Yep,........that's a tap,.............broken off in the hole....



I spent a good portion of the evening trying, unsuccessfully,....to get it out...

I finally just had to set that one aside, grab a new body,...and start over...

All good though. It just set me back a few hours.... I've got a guy that can get the tap out, so I'll be able to come back to that one, down the road....

It didn't work for me. Russom doesn't waver.

2 Aluminum, 1 brass, and 1 copper will get you in the Quaternary club though.

If it would make it any easier on you please feel free to delay my copper cc for another week. Would not be any issues with me to do that. I know you plan to start the 7068 run then possibly so it might interfere with that. Feel free to adjust whatever you want as far as mine. I think I have a P9LSP/40SW modified for IPSIC competition that i used 30 years ago sold. If that happens, you can put me on the 7068 list too. I will let you know.

It's going to be a crazy day. We're under blizzard warning, winds are already picking up. Our last blizzard was March of 1998 and that was a doozy. I'm hoping this one isn't as bad. My copper CC is in Indianapolis due to be delivered tomorrow. It might be a while before I get her lol! Pics will happen! I don't know when though. I'm hoping work calls soon to cancel school (school bus driver) so I get can my .... to the store and stock up on a few things. And we had such a mild winter! I guess mother nature wants to walk off stage with BOOM!

Did I ever mention that 7068 is 80% the strength of titanium, while weighing much less, AND being way more electrically conductive?

Only 1/3rd the weight of SS..............

Thanks B2L. Yes, I do feel like I am on a roll. Finally got over my pitty party and realized even though the end of life is in sight, there is no reason to give up now. Thanks to you, Nauti, Corey and others unknown, I think it started my more positive attitude. CC's make me happy.

Worked out a trade with Tamipac for her Brass CC

Even tho she loved the mod, its sheer hefty weight compared to some of her other mods she owned was enough to keep her from using it as regular as it deserved so she felt it would have a better home with me
