USM here is my rewick from this morning on one of my attys...
All I did was cut the tails at a 45 degree angle. Then I snipped them at the edge of the deck and fluffed and tucked. I took 10 three second pulls in a row and it was still this wet.
Time to Squonk, tho...my fingers getting the itch!
oh PS no spitback this time either
another PS this juice tastes like Kava

I have done some posting in dat thread meself
my query was squonk specific in how people were running their tails to maximize vape time between squonks. Sorry if I didn't ask it in a clear enough manner, English is only my first language after all
I think my problem is I am used to thinning out my tails too much for my RTA's, my next rewick I will try and leave them a little "fatter" and see how that does me
The picture sloth posted above is exactly the way I wick my coils with Rayon, Derringer, CC mod, dual coils.
1) ends of tails just touching the bottom and spread out slightly just like sloth shows above
2) there is a hump where the rayon goes up slightly where it exits the end of the coil before it drapes downward
3) I hold my squonk for 2 full seconds if the wick gets too dry. I can get 8-10 hits per squonk. 2 second squonk hold if the wick doesn't get too dry. It does become second nature eventually, but with a new atty I always take the cap off and watch how long it takes for the wicks to get good and wet and time it.
I am working on a server upgrade for work at the moment so I cannot take pics while in the conference room, but I will post them as soon as I can.

But for the record cotton has never ever tasted even close to the flavor I get off rayon. Sloth on a mission...will figure it out
Vastly better than cotton IMHO. Much shorter break in and cleaner once broken in. Mesh still is the cleanest flavor for me though. I vape my gennies at home. Love my Origen MKII...
