At one point copper, 7075, 7068, SS and now possibly titanium (?) were unobtainable in CC form, mods that one could only dream about until someone lobbied for them. With that in mind imma just throwing this out there...

Yeah the FDV one is solid. Not like Corey's custom one but, still it's made solid.wow, on fatdaddy's site the tool looks like a flimsy clearomizer adapter type thing so I never bothered ordering one

Thought I'd share my conversion with the CC family first.
Dual 18650 133w DNA squonker. Painted it using two colors I already had. Thought it would look okay. Huge thanks to SubOhmies...big help...

I set it to 133w for the picture. Then without adjusting back to my normal 40w took a puff....

Only thing I don't like is the hastur v2 bottoms out on the FDV v5 BF. It leaves a space. That's annoying....

For those of you who uses corey's reo contact upgrades, how rough was it to install? Does it stop the sparking?

I haven't done it but, looks like a relatively easy install. Need to open up the opening on the delrin insert to allow for the larger head. Dremel or just same sized drill bit.
NO OX ID will solve your your spark issues better than anything else. Posted a link a few pages back....

Word Ill give some of that a try. I love my reo, but after like 3 hits it just gets super weak. If I can fix that, then Ill be able to patiently save up for a CC. Right now Im frantically saving (If frantic saving money is a thing haha)
Only the Copper CC's and the new SS CC's. Reo upgrades, silver neg posts, new 510's things like that......nothing at all really. LOL
