Fluke it is. I don't have all the fancy equipment Busardo has... Caveman technique it is for me!!! The Reo is easier than any other to check for battery sag as you can easily access the battery with the leads with the door removed, (not sure how this would be done on the CC device as it is fully enclosed under operation). Test the battery at rest and then under load and that will give you your sag results. Then I have some alligator clip leads that I use for the atty and test it under load. Then subtract the sag from the atty and found my results... When I did my tests it was with HG2's @ 4.19v and my O-16's were @ .38Ω & .39Ω. I am now running in the .5Ω range as the .38Ω was a little warm being more efficient. I have noticed now I am changing the battery out in the 3.6v range instead of 3.2-3.3v range since upping the Ωage.Indeed it is. Don't think the FDV is as precisley acuurate as the Fluke test will be as i'm sure it pulling a bit more power itself, but it was what it was. Care to share your testing technic MH? Thanks man!
Should have my Fluke back pretty soon.
I don't get it.Pro Tip: don't use metal calipers to measure the length of a battery..
(I actually did that early on.. Haha...durr)
Not home or I would. Can later..

Been looking for a place that sells these with no luck.

Awesome. As mentioned, nothing but the occasional wipe on ( in this case shorts) since being built straight out of the box.

Strange request.......
Anyone have an LG HG2 and a set of calipers?
I just happen to only have a pair of VTC5's with me today, and I need a good measurement on the diameter of the HG2's.
Actually, all 18650 diameters are welcome. I need it down to the .000"
Machine shop issues.......
I already have the VTC5 measurement..... I'm gettin' .7155"
Any help is appreciated!![]()
I'm getting 2 different measurements depending on where Im taking the measurement.
The top and bottom is reading .722"
