HRH wants a new 510 please and she just crazy glued the peek insulator back to her firing button, which i assume is the correct procedure
I moved house, (so as to avoid arrest and deportation) so i have a new address. Tyvm.

Crazy glue (ca glue) is perfectly acceptable. I use a two part epoxy nowadays, but the crazy glue is what I used early on.
It's best to rough the surfaces to be glued, obviously. PEEK doesn't like to be glued when it's smooth. It bonds pretty well (for our application)...when roughed up, and cleaned with alcohol. I'm thinking of switching to Ultem for the insulator... Easier to glue, very good insulating properties, and good heat resistance...

Is it possible to fit one of the Sunbox Cappy V4 (or V3) bottles in the CC? I tried one recently, and that was unbelievably soft.
I typically go through 5ml 6mg nic per battery, so the larger capacity the better. For a full day that would be 10ml and two batteries.

The smaller 8.5ml Cappy bottles fit the CC perfectly, not the 10ml. The 8.5's should be available soon.

Back in the day,...when we didn't have a plasma table......I used to layout every fitting, by hand.... I really enjoy hand layout.... I assumed the new fancy robot might put me out of a job... Boy was I wrong. It just means we can produce a heckuva lot more stuff, in a lot less time. It just made us more competitive.
