Your going to love it. If i remember right, you have problems with your hands like me. I bought a Brass, Copper, and the Aluminum.7068 ordered. I have a little time to change my mind in favor of stainless -- but I'm on the list!
The Brass and Copper really bother my hand after a few minutes of use, because of the weight. Super "sturdy"
I sold the Copper, (with Corey's blessing), and I put the Brass away till ????
I LOVE love love the Aluminum one ... wish I had bought 3 of those
95% less maintenance than the Brass and Copper too.
