I did! I read up on them and learned about the cold burger-searing hot grill --> nooks and crannies thing. No Tabasco in the house, but I had a chipotle pepper sauce, which added a smoky heat to the shake sauce stuff. Even found Martins potato rolls. All in all, dinner was a complete success. Delish!!!
Great! Chipotle pepper sauce probably just the same as Chipotle Tabasco or very close anyway.
Griddle or pan is the only way I'll ever make a burger again. More crust, stays juicy, better flavor.

Sloth hath joined an online bass academy, which in addition to dozens of hours worth of lessons to dive into, has a massive forum as well. Sloth will be spending a lot of time there, doing all sorts of rambunctious things.
Sloth will still pop in, post its horrific videos and pichers from time to time, but otherwise may be sort of silent and won't be fully up-to-date on the thread all the time.

I know, I love my Aluminum, but I had to put away the brass, and sell the copper.Nothing says they can't be made from a cool aluminum like 7068
So If the "new" style mods he's going to surprise us with, are heavy, then I'll have to pass.
Only asked because I was hoping one that didn't weigh anymore than the aluminum, was in the "new" batch.
I'm curious as to what he has up his sleeve ... NEW ??? ... how can he improve on what we have now

Rossum has been after me to do Ti, since the very beginning. It's been a long road, but we are finally making it happen. I'll be finishing this one out for him, over the course of this next week.
More will be available in the future. This one is an official, "bringing it to market" type o' thing.
