Question for you guys. Hopefully this is the right place to ask.

Has anyone brought their CC mod into a stadium?

The reason why I ask is because I am going to a Tigers game tonight and I wanted to bring it in with me. I will be in a suite and going through a separate entrance, not the main one, where security seems to be a little more leniant.

What do you guys do?

different country, but i took mine into the MCG when we were on uber terror watch, 80,000 people had to go in in single file through 7 gates. Full explosive checks, even for 3 year olds etc

Holy crap!

These have got to be the softest bottles in the world... They actually fit the mods perfectly. These are the 18mm BFX ones NOT the 21mm ones...


Why they gotta be so 'spensive?!?!?!?!?

They're not illegal or a weapon. I've brought mine into pretty much every major venue in Michigan without incident [emoji3]

I took one of mine into a Nats game last weekend. There were big signs posted everywhere prohibiting smoking and e-cig use. I also had to go through a metal detector. I put the CC in the little bin with my keys and the security guy didn't give it a second glance. I guess worst case scenario would have been being asked to return it to my vehicle. I stealth vaped throughout the game.

Separate entrance and private suite? I think you'll be just fine.

Wow! very nice bottles!! Looks like the best thing since...the Italian bottles!
Very tempted but price is a bit crazy, I was waiting for any feedback here. Now that I see they fit perfect, may have to pull the trigger. But still bothered by price!

I'll have to see if they're interested in any kind of bulk discount. I kinda doubt they are, at this point anyway...

That'd be a substantial investment, at the current pricing. At almost $20ea, after you convert the Euros into dollars and tack on the shipping,...that'd be somewhere near $2000 just to pickup 100 bottles..

I wonder what ol' Rossum's up to???

I might be convinced to possibly look into maybe running a co-op for sum bottles... maybe, if Rossum doesn't wanna.

Also/too, it would have to be enough of a discount to make it worthwhile.

I've emailed SunBox to see if they are willing to discount and at what level. If they have a positive response I'll open an interest thread.

Yes.


These are the "stock", 6ml reo/pinch style bottles I've been back to using for the last couple months.......

Here is the SB BFX bottle next to the FISB...

Both Italian bottles claim 8.5ml, though the new SB BFX appears a little bigger. Definitely softer... They're made from silicone, where the FISB's are soft plastic.

Also, with the FISB's, you have an SS cap threading onto plastic bottle threads. With the SB BFX's, you have SS threading into SS. The top of the silicone bottle has a flange that the female SS collar slips over. That silicone flange acts as a gasket when you tighten the cap. Cannot leak, imho...

I can't even imagine what the dang markup on these things is... I guaranty you,....it's A LOT.

Free market,...supply and demand, and all that though.... They came up with 'em, and brought 'em to market. I'm sure they invested a lot of money into having 'em made. Gotta recoup that investment before it gets cloned and offered for 2 bucks a piece on fastech... I get it...

Hopefully the price'll come down in the future, once the investment is recouped, and the market requires it... I'm sure china has top men on it, as we speak...

I almost got in on a group buy for those bottles, but held off because I wasn't sure they'd fit... and also, I just can not justify that price. But if the price becomes more reasonable, I'm totally in.

Here's what I mean by the silicone flange being part of the bottle...

The flange fits up inside the ring...

So the silicone "gasket" is actually part of the bottle. No seams....

Pretty slick, really.

If you're talkin' 'bout the other bottles with the stainless cap, yes indeed! They fit great, and are a really soft bottle in their own right. If you have some of those, You should definitely try 'em.
