i saw an early spring bee the other day
thought to myself "look, there's a bee"

I followed the bee with my camera phone. Waiting for him to do something interesting.
Thought itd go well in dibi land.
But he just collected pollen. Which isn't worth posting about.

Still trying to fix the top. Its frustratingly destroyed and taking a ton of work. I cant fathom how a seller sold his with no major damage just dirty. The pitting on the top is incredible.
Anyway it occurred to me while working. Two tone would be awesome. Its not finished but you get the idea. Im sure someone in here who already did this and posted it but i cant go through every page. Sorry if its a repeat.

I'm guessing the seller didn't actually know what it would take to restore it from that type of condition.

Theu make good eyes and ears when the shepherds get old. Our little one let the big girl around for the last couple years. Best friends. Little girl hasn't been the same since big sister left.
Along with the brain and spine surgeries and my life long partner abandoning me. Sues now taken away my rights to see my little girl since her bske is on the adoption certificate.

Don't even get to see my little girl anymore now. Ill take my one eyed chi over anyway other dog. She doesn't shake or bark or nip ankles. She just hangs out.
This is my first week without her in 9 years.
Oh my baby. I miss her curious head
And napping with her when shes so relaxed her chill meter comes out (tongue)
Bottom line, size bias sucks. All dogs rule. And i am a huge fan of smalls and talls
. They inherit characteristics. Also my shepherd was the biggest wuss some times - she jumped in a bed if she saw a bit beetle. The cyclops chi saved her chasing it out. Also my life is literally a country song.

Well. Im going to stop before it's perfect because getting the last 5% is going to take as much time as the first 75% at least. I want to be sure i am leaving it two tone.
But pretty close to perfect. Some deep scratches to get out but i don't have any tools and I'm tired of. It using it.
So my stopping point for now.
If anyone wants to do it - cape cod cloths are all you need. If you don't have any major damage and just want to change finish. It is a pretty quick thing. The cape cod cloths work fast. Don't ket the fact they are black dissuade you from further use. That's an chemical reaction. Its irrelevant to how well they work. As long ad they're moist you can keep using the same one. A tin of then lasted me ages.
