Just to let you all know, I've been using the VR adjustable prototypes for as long as I've owned my CCs with no autofire problems.

Switching between Nuppins, Charms and Origin Littles without a hitch. (The prototypes were made with FDV classics, so they fit Cory's original 510 threading).

If you want to use the VR internals on your 'legacy' CC, just keep the current 510 shell and replace the internals (pin, washers, nuts and peek insulator).

As long as you set it up correctly, it's error free

Then I'll need 3 assuming they're the exact same as bolts direct onto the pinch.

And I'll need 1 of your 510 tools.

Please get back to me for details. (I forget pricing, etc.)

Hey, Beck. :)

I actually have far more classic mods on the shelf than I have 510's to put in them. :(

Any Peter 510's will have to be purchased from the man himself. I can however, send you the tool, if you need it. FDV has them on his site, as well. :thumb:

Good stuff, Bob. :)

One of the great things about the Veritube 510 is that anyone can buy 'em, whenever you want, straight off their website. They are only $5.99ea.

And yes, the internals will fit into the FDV and the Peter 510 shells. :thumb:

However, the CC II will not work with the spring loaded pin, as I mentioned. The way it is designed, a floating pin will cause problems. I could see it maybe working on the others, though I still don't like the fact that the positive contact can swing side to side when you tighten or loosen an atty. One would need to check under the cap to make sure their contact is centered up on the underside of the button, every time they swapped atties. Simple enough, I know...

Personally, I like the positive contact to be firmly locked in place. :)

Well,.....it looks like we finally came to terms on some bottles!

They won't be able to ship them until after the 9th of December, but we do have an agreement in place. :D

So, it looks like I'll be able to offer them in future mods, both the Cappy V4 8.5ml BFX for the Classics, as well as the 10ml ones for the three new style mods. :)

Now,...I can only get a hold of so many, so I won't be like a local distributor or anything.... Just that I'll be able to offer 'em in the mods going forward, once they come in, that is... ;)

They are still quite expensive, but in my opinion, they are the best bottle for these mods, hands down. ('member what hands down means, D? :?: ) :D

Anyhow,... I may have enough, on hand, to send out one 10ml Cappy bottle with each of the new style mods I send out, and one 8.5ml bottle with the new Classics, between now and the time the new ones come in.

We'll just have to see how things go. :thumb:

Meanwhile.......

Back in the shop..........

And seemingly the fattest...

The sonys are the snuggest, fo sho.... :D

The LG HG2's are still favored, by me at least. They fit like a glove. :)
Try the vtc5a's they are great. I have vtc4's that are 3 or 4 yrs old that still wrk great, i got a bunch of 25r's on blackfri for 5.99$ each , been running em in my AV mech tube at .1 ohm and they barely get warm, great batteries. CCii looks great!!!

I really wish NN would get it together. The products are great but literally everything else about them is a disaster. Including the the game of guess when it will actually ship or arrive, if ever - followed by musical support.

I don't know if there is another product as good but if so with better service I sure would love to know about it. I hate peppery nicotine. Any advice ?

I'd actually like to order some premixed base 12 and 6 maybe a liter of each to start. I have enough 100 mg/ml for now but I want to make these first few concentrate batches with a known accurate mix.

As you can tell by my experiences with NN - it's been a disaster buying anything from them and I want it to arrive in days not months and be accurate.

So who is as good for premixed base with fast shipping and no pepper-I-ness ?pepperitude? Pepperika? Pepper spray!
It took almost 2 weeks for my 100mg/ml nic and vg & pg to arrive, they did answers my emails immediately, said they had crazy order volume, if i like the nic im gonna get a gal and some of the 100mg/ml smooth nic salts. My friends own a b&m and they have the best house juice in dfw imo , she told me once where they get ther nic and flavors and vg&pg but i cant recall atm , they like it better than nn and its cheaper too , and they carry all the best brand flavors so it prob be a 1 stop shop. I will ask again tomorrow and post a link

Sorry I've been away and it's a busy week so I'll have a ton of catching up. Over 200 messages. !!! I hope you're all well. I have ten days to get this move figured out and literally haven't started. So they'll be a couple thousand to get through soon.

I hope those of you receiving your new cc mods are loving them. I'm excited to read feedback on the "new body styles"

Saw the big order. Wow! That's great for you though to know you've got the audience. Quality products and quality service typically succeed once the word is out!

On the hit n run NN comment. T took my order almost s month to get here. The. A friend ordered recently and it took snmo h to ship. Never arrived. She was told on four occasions it was on its way. The. It was promised he'd make it up to her with an increased quantity. Then nothing happened for two more weeks. Then the original order showed up around the 7 week mark.

On top of that the strength issue has plagued them for quite s while. I'll be running s titration test on my 100mg base this month. I'll post back.

Thanks for all the recommendations. I'm making a list ! I need to make some very strong juice for this other test.

I had 4 vtc5 (yes authentic) is the 5a just s reissue? I also had 14 25r and 8 hg2. I tend to base on science not baseless opinion regarding minimum resistance and safety. The vtc5 were the best thing going imo for s long time and while they're higher amp (barely) the life the hg2 offer just can't be beaten. And for all but the low low builds they work well.

Have you seen mooch' test results on he hg2

(EDITED)

Unfortunately one of the 8 hg2 died within a month. One of my vtc5 died within a week. Either would take a charge.

(EDITED)

Also there's a company rewrapping the hg2 but changed components for safety and internal resistance . However mooch saw no benefit in use though he didn't try to blow up batteries.

I use a washer on top of all the battery (it was my understanding in the cc that is what I'm supposed to Do To avoid rattle along with one under the bottle?).

I thought some 25r button tops would work better by there doesn't seem to be enough room. I guess I need to check my positive and retest that theory but iirc the cc doesn't have space for button tops. St least not the 25r ??

The new bottles look great. Wide mouth too by the looks ? I thought they were only for the new body style so that's nice to know there's one for the old.

If you're only selling forward and can't support a 2 bottle retro full for all your existing members here maybe the members can get s group buy on them - unless I misunderstood and you'll sell them separately once the whole shipment comes in. I for sure would like one or two for my classic. So preferably through you. Can you clarify if you'll offer them for sale as a stand alone accessory once the whole order is in or if you want to do a precommitment sale like s group buy for those of us wishing to change ? That way you wouldn't have to take a big risk making a huge order for bottles that might not be used.

And then for the varitube on the ccv1 if it works fine do we get the 12 or 22 or it doesn't matter as that's the top
Part we don't use (my guess). The arm swinging out is what I rambled on a while ago about adjusting via the pin vs screwing in and out the insulator. So I don't want that either. Does the varitube tighten down and hold everything in place properly on the v1? I change atomizers a lot so while I like both of the cc ones spring loaded would be more ideal for me on the original cc I have I think.

I apologize for so many questions and such a long post I'm not as well-versed with the cc as most of you and I want to make sure I don't screw anything up or you know blow myself up. Don't worry I understand battery safety LOL I just want to make sure that I don't order a part even for six dollars that won't really work for me anyway

Been playing around making different cap sizes for my Nuppins and have been liking the 19mm versions so I decided to try a different style drip tip to match those bigger caps.

This one here is friction fit

made it so the bottom of the drip tip lands at the top of the chamber without any protrusions

It must be the site you are using or something. I have never witnessed the usps.com website putting things out of order.

I think there are couple of different facilities in Chicago. Could be as simple as different departments scanning as it processes through them.

The good news is the Dec 1 scan saying it's on a plane at O'Hare.
