The Jeep looks great. But I think it would look even better with mud splashed all over it from some serious four wheeling!
No Jeep should ever be that clean!! If fact, thats sacrilegious... C'mon man!!!

I have a question: I forgot to put the bridge in a couple of times, each time for perhaps 5 minutes. I noticed because C-V was firing most anemic-ly. Anyway, "married batteries" has been pounded into my head, and I'm wondering if I somehow caused them to get a divorce. Can I use them as a pair, or no?

It's good to have batteries that are the same brand, purchased at the same time. This makes it more likely that they have very similar internal resistance.
This simply means that they are more likely to discharge at the same rate, so they are more balanced throughout their cycle.
I would just put 'em on the charger and top 'em off. This way, you'll be starting them from the same state of charge when you put 'em in the mod, so they can discharge evenly.
No harm done.
I think I'll keep da Jeep clean for a little while. I'm sure we'll find some mud soon enough.

I can't bring myself to armor all the steps and tires, tho...
The steps need to be replaced with rock sliders, and the tires need to be replaced by bigger mud tires...
If'n I armor all the ones I've got,.....I might very well like the way they look, and just keep puttin' off buyin' the new stuff...

marrying batteries isn't as important with parallel as it is with series
they can have the odd extra marital affair or similar
if you buy a nutpunch from peter though, strict monogamy
