How long does your tooling last making something like that?

After going through lots of HSS (high speed steel) tooling, I finally broke down and started acquiring solid carbide end mills and reamers. Going slow, taking light cuts, and using plenty of cutting fluid makes 'em last a good while.

Depends on your preferences, what is good for me you may not like.

But based on those, guessing MTL. Hadaly is indeed good, as is the origen little 16. Both can range from tight MTL, to restricted lung hit. Easy builds too

The O16 is hard to beat in the mtl, flavor department.

Then you won't go wrong with the Hadaly or the O-Atty which are easy to obtain and not as expensive as many others.
