Sorry 'bout yer head, buddy. :(

And yer 'puter. And yer global warmings....

Glad you get to slow down a bit and relax. :) I'm kinda in the same boat here. I mean,...the day job is still killin' me, but the night work has slowed, so I'm not having to work every minute I'm conscious. Which is nice... :thumb:
Yeah man - I had never hit my head before - hurt like crazy, and for like 3 days, couldn't stand for more than a few mins without feeling faint. Gettin' better now, though :)

Glad you've managed to calm down in terms of work a bit - I note that this thread is movin' slower, perhaps good for your sanity but I hope it picks up for yer wallet soon, eh? :)

They say in 50 years, the ADKs climate will be akin to Virginia :( I gotta move to Nunavut man. Can't take this crap...

I'm convinced that they don' know everything they think they know... :)

Admittedly, however,.....I don' know either... so there's that! :w00t:

Glad yer heads gettin' better. :)

Maybe it isn't so clear in OK - in the north country (and moreso, the arctic) - the trend is very clear.

And this is in no way a political rant. Be it man-made or natural, I don't care.

But, the cold climates are changing majorly. In the past decade and a half, Champlaign has only frozen over once. (It used to be frozen enough to drive to VT from NY every winter)

Last year, we had no snow. (a HUGE blow to our economy, since this is a ski-area)

This year it was actually fine in terms of snow until 2 weeks ago, but we never hit -20, which keeps invasives out, and keeps the boreal forest here.

Our climate is rapidly changing. They know exactly what they're talking about :(
The issue isn't "every single place on the planet" warming up, as implied by "global warming" - but rather, an unstable climate. The arctic/sub-arctic areas are showing the biggest signs (EG: here)

The problem is it's become a political issue - and Al Gore (the schmuck) didn't help that.

All I'm sayin' is, I bought skis last Monday, and I ain't been able to try 'em yet...so, Sloth's sad :(

then again - skiing with a concussion, not a great idea :D

I'm excited for biking tho', and the weather sure feels nice. Though, we're plummeting to -3 in a couple of nights. The back and forth is driving me nuts brotha. :(

Boomer's good man. His girlfriend is moving to OR in a couple weeks so he is sad, but, we think we've got a new lead for him :)

I gotta move to Nunavut man.

We call it that because that's what most people want of it... none of it.

But hey, you can buy 100 acres of it for, like, $5000. Might be a tidy investment when it's climate is like California's.

Someone mailed us your winter, BTW. Snowed yesterday and the day before. I blame Canada Post.

Exactly. It"s whack!

I forget the name but there is a park due north of me that is in Nunavut that I must visit. Looks amazing.

Hi Corey!

Hope you are well. I'm ashamed to say I've neglected my CC over the last few months until I saw Andy's post on one of the FB groups we go on. Quick clean and brush and she's good as new. And WHAT PERFORMANCE - I'd forgotten how good it was! :)

I'll be maintaining this properly now - promise! ;)

I'm sure Andy won't mind me posting his pic which inspired me to get the Peek and Scotch-Brite out :

I've passed your hello on to Andy :)

To be honest I'm quite shocked (as I'd forgotten) at how much better the CC performs against some of the "trendy" 3d printed mods with silver contacts. It must be the substantial mass of metal in the CC I suppose as well as a well designed 510?

Mine is going to get a lot of use now and regular cleaning. Peek seems to work really well on the Aluminium - not sure if you have that over there?

The CC looks superb and really is the Rolls-Royce of the squonking world!
