No Atkins. Just trying to keep the carbs low. It works well for me. 10.2 pounds down, in 3 weeks, as of this morning.

LOL me too! Congrats! Eliminating processed carbs and sugar from the diet makes a huge difference. My body just doesn't handle them well anymore so I've decided to just not eat them. I would definietly make an exception for that pizza though!

I certainly haven't eliminated them, but cutting back (and keeping the portion sizes reasonable when I do have them) made a big difference to me as well.
