You need good gut bacteria and good stomach acid to properly digest fats and EFAs.

More fats can cause discomfort and acute bowel symptoms until the stomach balance is achieved.

IIRC, people who don't have either are in the very high 90th percentile due to a modern diet.

It's often suggested to take a quality gut bacteria (probiotic) for the first month or 2...

And a hydrochloric acid supplement with each meal for a bit.

Eat a little, take a pill, repeat..
Until you feel belly warmth...

Your dose is 1 less.

Over time your stomach will take over.

Whenever you feel warmth again, starting with your next meal, your dose is one less...

Until you're weaned off.

But for most, that's not likely.

My bad... Had no idea you did stainless buttons!! Then again you have done a stainless CC in the past so why wouldn't you do a stainless button? I feel so lost and out of place since I quit vaping!!
