The CC's body is part (actually most) of the circuit. Thus he can't just switch to a non-conductive material.

Do you think if I did anodize the aluminum it would affect the “conductivity” you had mentioned earlier?
Anodizing aluminum leaves what's essentially a non-conductive surface. You would have to mask (or removed the anodizing from) the threads for the 510, the threads for the negative contact, and the mating surfaces between the body and cap. I would also guess that the presence of the magnets might cause some problems.

Just thought I would let you know that ive been using one of those Lostvape 12ml bottles in my CC.
The nozzle needs to be pushed right down to accomodate for the size. It juuuuust fits and its great to use for long periods of time without refilling.
