I had a really hard time deciding which VV device to choose, but I'm really glad I got this one. Ken was very helpfull, answered all my questions, and didn't seem to get fed up with my multiple e-mails. I finally decided which one I wanted and ordered. It didn't take long to get it but unfortunatlely, when it arrived, I couldn't get it to work. So, I e-mailed him, and he suggested several things to try. I did the things he said to do, but it still didn't work, so he told me to send it back, which I did. It must have gotten damaged in shipping, as he said he tested it before sending it. Anyway, I got it back quickly, and it works great! I haven't even dialed it up past half way, and it is still better than my passthrough using the same atty! It's a great deal IMO, and I would buy another one just like it for backup if I had the money. And Ken is a great guy!
