I set it up with dual 28 gauge .8 ohm coils coming out to .4 ohms using Japanese organic cotton and the taste and flavor have been amazing. I do have to say I need a protector for the glass tank though. I'd highly recommend this setup to anyone!

It wasn't leaking due to this. I was taking it apart to redo my wicking job and lost the fill screw at that point.

I did try it, it wasn't until getting through half a tank I had leaking issues

V1 uses a standard screw in fill hole. Should be available any store with good hardware selection.
ISO M2.5 x .45 x 5mm (5mm length under head)
Same size as fill screw Kayfun Lite +
Same for oring 1mm CS 2mm ID

Also, if you want a Kayfun type tank with larger juice feed channels and more airflow, you might look at the Confun, or Kayfat Kayfun conversions, and 22 mm Monster type base.

I don't remember if I have bought orings there. If they don't have them, you might look for a nylon screw. Should seal better without an oring. Get you by till you can get some ordered.
