We aim to please Ed...love the avatar by the way! :)

Thanks, it's nice when someone understands what it is and it doesn't make me feel quite so old LOL

You wouldn't believe how many times people are like, what's that or what's an ED-209? LOL

I really appreciate your help and looking forward to the tank :) Now I just gotta get me one of those jig punching kits and I'll be good to go, or at least I think I will be.

Ed, The cartos are actually rather easy to punch. I use a jig made of wood to punch all of ours. I am working on getting a new video camera so we can make a video showing you guys who want to know how to do it. We are tossing around the idea of selling a jig to punch cartos.

Is there that big of a demand for it?

Not sure about the demand but I know only one other vendor sells them and I mentioned it and they decided to start making and selling them and so far they seem to be selling pretty good.

I am all about simplicity and consistency. I've punched a few but it's always a crap shoot, and making sure I don't hit the nail\screw too hard, too light, etc.

So again might not be too much of a demand but I know I would buy one :)

Wow...I never thought of using a deck screw cub...makes perfect sense for a consistent depth. I will have to try it! :)

I leave the rubber caps on so it doesn't slide and then use a deck screw to punch it. The deck screw is super sharp so it's way easy to punch and the threads stop it from going in too far. Makes a perfect hole every time.

Just going to have ss and aluminum tubes to start with Ed. We are working on the window idea but it is a bit of a pain in the a%#!

Cool, SS tanks would be sharp; will they have some type of window to view remaining juice or do you just guesstimate or remove top cap to view remaining juice?

I know most people have an idea of how much juice they consume daily but figured I would ask.

Thanks,

Thanks for the kind works skyy...we appreciate it. :)

Got my Lil Mama on Monday and I'm very impressed. I own a Liquinator and a couple of J-Tanks and this tank rivals them IMHO. The end caps hold the carto nice and tight, but are easy to get on and off when you need to. Good job BDV!!

Glad you like it Paulie. I use mine on a provari also...I love the way it looks.

Unfortunately, we are not going to Vapercon. I still have a real job. (for now! :D )

Got my big daddy on Monday and it looks awesome on top of my new Provari. Works like a charm. Great job guys. I may need to buy another. Will you be at Vaporcon next month?

Understand and figured it would be next to impossible to get a window there and make it functional.

Speaking of jigs and such, I was forwarded a link to a thread that could be beneficial in regards to punching cartos.

Now I haven't tried anything yet so I do not know if it works well, how easy it is to use, etc. etc. but it sure is an interesting yet simple\brilliant idea:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/226475-thank-me-later.html

Just figured I would pass on any helpful\interesting ideas regarding punching cartos and once I get one I'll let everyone know my experience.
