Thanks Sallie, I think i'll wait until the rings come in. I got an email that there was something they weren't satisfied with this batch and so they mailed some new rings
I'll take 3Would you guys like to have tank covers like Dougie's?![]()
I would buy one over a plain stainless tube so I could see the level of the juice. It's the only thing that keeps me from buying a stainless tube.
It really isn't hard to cut the window and tube. I make them in under an hour. The material that I made mine from was some remnant yard lights. I'd need to appropriate more tubing, but could pump a few out for ECF peeps!

Count me in! For a Dougiestyle cover AND an BDV cover! It really isn't hard to cut the window and tube. I make them in under an hour. The material that I made mine from was some remnant yard lights. I'd need to appropriate more tubing, but could pump a few out for ECF peeps!
If anyone wants me to cut a window sleeve, I'm willing to do so. You will have to provide the tube. Ship it to me. Add $5 for services and a postage-paid SASE.
The tubes can be bought at Walmart in the Home and Garden goods or sometimes at the dollar store for less than $10. It will look like a LED path light. Buy the one that has a round, metal stake. When you get home, pull the light assembly off the stake. You should be left with a shiny, metal tube. Put that in an envelope. Ship it to me.
