okay, here is my issue. I'm hoping that I can get some help w/it ... I have a bd tank (w/purple end caps,) and the dcc that came w/it. After about the 4th or 5th refill I was having a very hard time drawing thru it and little to none vapor. I tried covering part of the hole by lowering the carto to see if that would help, and it didn't, it would get air bubbles like it's supposed to so that wasn't problem. So I thought the carto was going bad, thinking that sucks I just put the whole thing aside as I only had that one carto. So it's been sitting for quite awhile now. Well pulled it out and was seeing how purty it looked on my brand new purple buzz pro (it is gorgeous w/it) and thought I'd just try vaping it in the tank w/o filling it to see what happened, and sheez the vapor and draw were awesome!!! So my carto isn't bad. The carto didn't look wet or soaked so I don't think flooding is the issue. no gurgling or anything like that. So why can't I vape w/juice in it? I'm thinking it's a pressure thingy maybe?? Tried to give as much info as I could think of, hope it's enough Oh, was vaping w/it on my buzz

I have been using BDT now for almost two months I love theirs tank, I now have four of them including the SS and it looks pretty sharp on my Provari and my SS GGTS They ship fast great place. My last order had a little problem the tracking says it was delivered on Dec 3 but not to me who knows were it is I have been waiting for the new pink drip tip most of all and darn it its just out their some were along with 10 pre punched cartos . Talked with BDV and we are working on a solution . Has anybody bought the pink tip
can you explain a little more?
from what i seen with other SS caps the metal wasn't fully smooth to the touch like BDV caps are. This makes it look for shinny and over all better looking caps..

my guess is it not getting good amount of air. Could be from the Buzz covering to much of the hole on the bottom of the carto. Since with out any juice in the tank the carto still works it could be getting air it needs from the hole on the side of the carto (where the juice goes in). try this, Fill the tank up put it on the buzz like you do. undo the carto/tank just a little maybe a 25% of the a full turn and see if that helps any. I think the Buzz has a screw/post that can be moved up and down a little maybe this post/screw needs to be moved some. also have you try the BDtank on any other ecig? like a ego?

But the manufacture on the cartos says 4 to 5 refills which equals about a tank and a half. We find results totally vary... ours last about 5 days. I've heard people say longer, and shorter.

Alot of vendors sell their caps as is right off the machine. We take the time and labor to polish them and make them...pretty
Vikki, from what we know about these cartos it sounds like it's time to change your carto, or try to flush it out to maybe get it to last a couple more fills or days...but we've only read about the flushing technique... we think it's kinda like reusing a coffee filter.... in dire need only. But the manufacture on the cartos says 4 to 5 refills which equals about a tank and a half. We find results totally vary... ours last about 5 days. I've heard people say longer, and shorter.

Ok, that purty much answers my question. I was just surprized at the difference between draw and vapor w/no liquid in tank and tank full. I was thinking maybe it was a pressure thing, which I've read about on threads. So guess it's time to order some carto's

LadyM we are working on your problem today, we'll be in touch privately. But HEADS UP TO ALL PLEASE with the economy the way it is this holiday season a ton of people are getting their door step packages stolen. It is becoming such an issue it's been in main stream news. Around our city people are casing neighborhoods for packaged goodies. Do know you can always leave a note on your door or mailbox for the postman to not leave packages, and pick them up at your local post office. We're looking into it also.

Mine usually last about 5 days and I usually go through one Little Mama (tank that is
) a day and use Bogey cartos. Mine get to the point where I don't get much flavor so I just swap them out, I figure at less than a $1.50 a carto, 5 days is not bad and I don't rinse or re-use.Just my 2cents.
It could well be pressure, we're not carto experts. But we do have the information that the manufacture gives us to pass on. We think their take on it is... if people would believe it they'd have us changing cartos after every hit.

I was going thru my bookmarks today looking for a vendor that sold a certain mod that I couldn't remember the name of (never did find it) when I ran across this ~ deleted~ if you add the drip tip in it is $50 before shipping, sheeeez. I love my bdv purple end caps much better... I will wait for bdv to come out w/them again, no matter how long it takes ... Even tho I'm not a big spender or often, as I can't afford it, I know what i like and who I want to give my $$ to!
