I know, right? My computer died in a power surge, tried replacing the power supply & motherboard, that didn't work. I have a netbook that has Ubuntu installed and something went haywire and I can't watch videos on it because I can't install a Flash player, I have a govt computer at work, so no videos, and my phone is one of the first Androids that came out, so videos are so slow and not even worth trying to watch. Sucks!

I ship internationally ALOT. It can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to receive if stopped by customs. It can be stopped by ours,yours,or both, I'd wait a week and then go to your local post office or customs office.They maybe holding it for signature or duties.
It will probably be there before the week is up if there are no duties on it.

i just order a package from over seas at the start of DEC and got it yesterday..you could tell someone open it up to see what was in it..

But i don't understand why would the customs stop my package.It's a low price package ($45.96) and it's not the first one received from USA.
Anyway, i'll give them a call tomorrow and see what happened.
This is the first package on which tracking didn't update and that's why i don't know what's happening...

They don't always scan when it leaves US customs. I am confident all is well. This has happened before and everything has a way of eventually arriving just fine.

Yeah, the usps office say's "scanning the package is a courtesy"...ok... whatever. And we have seen for our out of country packages they usually will scan it at chicago last before it leaves US..... after that it can't be scanned by usps. It ends up on your doorstep... and that's good

And as far as customs... they can do whatever they want to, if you ask them. Understandable to a certain extent, but we have heard they do like to check out our packages... more than a couple times. But know they do make it to our peeps. We stoped sending shipping slips with them which seems to be helping. And for all as for labeling items for customs... people please know we can't/won't fib for the contents..... it's like a Fed. Offense. And the only 4 walls we like around us is our own.

Ubuntu does support it, but I did an update and it got messed up for whatever reason, and I can't figure out how to delete files from it, so I have no room to upload Flash. Thanks for the offer! My husband is trying to get a friend at work to look at it.

Also, I tried putting in more juice last night into the tank and it seemed REALLY hard to push the carto up into the tank. I can see the o-ring at the end connector in the tank is already starting to get messed up. I had to have my husband do it because I was pushing and pushing and couldn't get the carto pushed back into place once I got it filled with juice. Any tips?

We find getting a little juice on the o-rings lubes it a quite a bit. See if that helps and let me know. We are working on something to help with that. Hopefully our machinist will be on it soon.

We have an o-ring kit that has 4 different o-ring sizes. Number 1 (Small) and 2 (large) are inner sizes, and 3 (small) and 4 (large) are outer sizes. We do this for a couple reasons first being machinists are allowed what is called a tolerance, which pretty much is a we get to miss by so much... nothing is perfect, which is understandable. So we work around it with the o-rings. The other reason is we have found talking with people it's really a personal preference how someone wants it to feel. Sorry for the long answer, great opportunity to get the info on the forum for info.

More than likely you have the # 2 inner o-rings which are larger for a tighter fit. Pm me your order # if you still have, or your name and we'll get you fixed.
