I just ordered my favorite flavor in a bunch of 30ml bottles (the biggest they sell). Is there any problem dumping the lot of them into a large glass airtight jar for storage? I'd basically just fill little bottles from it as needed.
If I were you, I'd use a colored bottle. A blue or brown bottle would keep light from changing your vape. (Think of beer bottles. Good beer is usually in tinted bottles.)
Also realize that you are effectively steeping the vape, so the flavor may change on its own over time. You may think it gets better, but know it can change.
I seem to remember a discussion on storing base nicotine for DIY. From what I gathered it should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place... Okay but, something that hasn't been mentioned here already is all the extra air in a "large" glass jar. Unless the jar is close to max full that extra air in the jar, after the lid is sealed, will degrade the juice over time. I've heard that chemists will add an inert gas like nitrogen to a partially full storage container to eliminate this degradation due to oxygen being a oxidizing agent.
Idk makes sense to me to use as small jar as possible and glass is the best for sure
