So I have a pretty decent payday coming and I want to get a new mod and a few RDAs and/or RBAs. I'm looking at the kayfun Lite plus right now, possibly an Omega if I can manage to find a real one, and MAYBE a Patriot even though I'm not a huge fan of the etching design. The big suggestions I'm looking for are some mods.

Restrictions: 1) I don't want a mechanical. I'm tempted to pick up a cheaper one up like the Magneto just because I think it looks real sleek, but I like being able to adjust my power output. A friend of mine has one, I've used it, and it was real nice. 2) I'm mainly looking for VV mod suggestions. 3) Preferably tube shaped mods as I'm not entirely certain I'd enjoy using a box.

I've looked into the ProVari and I already have (and somewhat like and slightly dislike) an Anyvape AnyMOD because it goes from VV to Mechanical in case I want to try sub-ohms. Any help? :D

Check out the magma...I wasn't a lung hitter really until I got a couple of its clones... draw is tight to wide open.. to really wide open...or origen.. both my favorites... but you weren't asking that. ;)

Magneto is one of the last mechs I'd describe as 'sleek.'

DNA futura, pipeline pro, semovar, provari, dna cyborg... all pretty expensive.

Hmmm...how about the new Sigelie DNA 20? You know you can make any mech mod vv by popping in a Kick so that opens a lot of doors but understand if you don't want to go that route.

You need to stop thinking round, box is where it's at! Pick up a Reo and a Duke and you won't need anything else ;-).
I actually just saw RipTripper's review of that the other day and thought it looked real nice. I do think it's going to go on my short list.

As far as the boxes go, I don't hate them, I just don't think I'll work them into my routines as well as far as carrying them around, especially with summer coming. They always look so big to me. Also, in a way, they remind me of a pack of smokes which just bothers me.

I have the sig 20w and its pretty nice, can't really efficently sub-ohm on it, but it puts out with a 1.5-1.8 ohm coils, and also a big point for me was reverse bat protection, because hey, we all make mistakes and I don't want to fry a $200 mod because I wasn't paying attention. If you get it you will love it it almost matches the R91 perfectly

I mean "sleek" as in clean, basic, slipstreamed, no extra fluff on it. Not fancy. A lot of the basic, cheap mechanicals are pretty similar in that design.

That magma looks pretty sweet. Same with the DNA Futura. Cyborg's pretty nice looking, too. As I said I've already looked into the ProVari. Thanks for the suggestions! I'm okay with it being expensive, I'm basically blowing some money to try to find a few real nice pieces of vape gear that will (hopefully) last me a long time.

Yeah, it seems like not too many of the VV mods are great for sub-ohms, that's why I may get a cheap mechanical or just use my AnyMOD for that sort of thing. Reverse battery protection is definitely nice. I really like the look of the mod. My biggest question about it is whether the tilt-to-choose menu system is annoying at all or something that just takes some getting used to?

Big payday coming, need suggestions....I suggest you send it to me;)
Hey, I worked hard for my money! :p It's MINE, MIIIIINE! Actually, not a whole lot of it is mine. Most is going to fix my truck up and reinstate my license because I'm an idiot (don't drive without insurance, kids). I just know there will be enough "extra" to get a couple nice things and I'm trying to find some of the more expensive options that I might be able to get so I can compare and contrast.

if you do like the idea of a 20/30 watt mod, hold off. apparently a lot of 20/30 watt stuff is coming very soon and prices are going to be dropping on them. more stuff for you dollar is totally more gooder.
Patience is one of those things I just don't have, sadly. Is there any idea as to when those products might be showing up on the market? If it's going to be more than 6 months I'm betting the money will unfortunately be gone by then... :( The 20 watt mods are already on the market, though, and I think that may well be enough for the kinds of coils I've been building. Though all I had was a Trident clone to build on, and the damn thing broke (though the guys I got it from are sending me a different one at my request without so much as a photo, which is amazing customer service in my opinion) so I have no RDA at the moment.

What is so special about the Hana mods? I own a Magneto and Provari. I love them both. I use the Provari at work and the Magneto at home. You can't go wrong with either one of those. Box mods aren't too bad. They fit perfectly in your back pocket. Fills much better than a tube mod in front pocket. The only problem is if your sitting a lot it probably wouldn't be too good for the tank.

I think the tubes are just nicer to me, for some reason. Easier to grip for me. Also, as I said in another comment, the box mods remind me a lot of cigarette packs, which annoys me. It's really just a personal thing, I'm not trying to hate on them.

Hana mods go higher in the Watts range. I think something like 30 watts? Which depending on you and your build you could want more power, I certainly wouldn't mind owning a hana box that I can use for my RDA's. It goes the same with the provari on this point, Ownership.
Just how provari has it's fan club The hana does as well.. It's not like the Provarinati or anything like that But it's a great made device, Rechargable battery and you can get a small or large size that does the same thing and pushes the same power.

The Gi2 box mod can go all the way to 100 watts I believe, Don't quote me though Im not 100% positive. You can also put a walpaper on the screen Lol

Of course I start this thread and now I'm off looking at all the pretty mechanical mods that are sold out EVERYWHERE. :( What's really interesting is when they're from a limited run of something like 100, meaning if I want one that looks like that I either have to look at the second-hand market and probably pay more for it as a collector's item or I have to get a clone. Wouldn't mind giving the money to the company that made them, but sometimes it's super hard to find the actual product.

it may be just a handful of weeks. seems next month is when the hana looking clones(logos removed now it appears which is good imo) will be hitting the US.

Not everywhere. I've seen websites that have all sorts of mechanicals for sale that are authentic. smoke e mountain Vanillas, four9 mod, Minotaur mod etc. What are you looking for exactly?
Nothing in particular, really. Something cool looking. I just find it interesting. There are thousands of sites out there, though, and they all have really varied inventories so I just keep looking at stuff and clicking it and seeing it's sold out. Then I go "mannnn that looked awesome".
