i really feel this company needs a huge hearty slap on the back. the customer service ive received so far has been absolutely fantastic. i really never expected such a personal touch. if it wasnt for that i dont think my transition from analog to pv would have been so smooth. i mean really the last thing you want to do is cross someone who's trying to quit smoking. i really hope the product line can grow further. i love my nebula and the insane cartridge life but have moved on to the wonders of the 510 for my at home vaping. but whenever those 510 batteries die i can always count on that trusty KR to pick up the slack. i really never thought i could quit smoking but i can see an easy road ahead. so thanks so much for making what to me is a monumental life change simple, easy, and painfree.

I received my nebula a few days ago and while attempting to refill the carto after watching a few videos, I noticed that my carto's don't have the washer. I checked 2 of them and there is only the white plug and the filler. I'm a 510 user so this is new to me. where the heck is it? I'm starting to think I'm going blind or something! LOL
