Just got my first mod in the vapemail, a Magneto from Triangle vape, this morning. Opened the package, and as I was checking out the parts, I dropped the bottom switch piece. When I picked it up, the magnet was gone!
Spent some time on hands and knees searching for it. No joy. So I emailed Triangle vape to ask if they could send me a magnet, since the problem was my fault, not a defective product.
Within hours I got an answer from them. They didn't have the magnet, but they will send me a replacement for the whole bottom section, no charge.
Now that's what I call *Customer Service*!
