Bill 45 Ontario Canada! News!

Well finally have some sort of good news, Bill 45 which would have decimated the vaping industry in Ontario appears to be being put on hold! Everything other than no vaping under the age of 19 and carding people that appear under the age of 25 is being put on hold.

This is however small of a win is a significant one for those of us that are involved in vaping advocacy! Hopefully the next round of legislation will be more suitable for our industry

I'm glad it's all being put on hold. Maybe we'll get lucky and the ....ers will just forget about it now. I already think vaping has gotten big enough that it will be hard to crush at this point. But given how fast it's growing, hopefully by the time they remember to try again it will be impossible to crush.

This has been the strategy for many years now.
Just keep the inevitable from happening for as long as possible and grow our numbers.

It wasn't that long ago that the CASAA membership was in the 10,000 range.
Now it is in the 120,000 range.

Well ill have to say i do work often in the ontario legistative building and let me tell you there are quite a few who work there that vape
