I love a lot about my Billet Box. Pretty stealth, holds 6ml of juice, never leaks, fires everytime and is indestructible! However, I'm not that impressed with having to use cartos. You can use a diver or a billet bridge. I haven't tried either. I'm not sure I would like the billet bridge as I have never liked the tight draw of the aspire coils.
I so prefer my REO 2.1 with a Reomizer. Awesome vape, way smaller then the Billet box, super easy to build a coil on the reomizer and holds 3ml of juice.

Billet Box is excellent if you enjoy Carto performance as many do.
REO seems to be the best route if you are looking for an All in one mod(Mod, Dripper, quick fill)

For Top Device flexibility, something a little less boxy and plenty of power on demand:
IPV 50 Watt Box Mod by Pioneer 4 You "Round 2" - Vapor Tek USA

This one caught my interest.

I loved my billet box and used it as my primary vape for a year. It's nice not having to worry about a 510 connection breaking and everything is self contained inside. It really is beautiful with the carbon fiber panels. I ended up switching to a dripper for flavor reason and I love to play around. A reo is my next step. I would try cartos first to see if you like them. If you like cartos you will love the Billet Box.

If I hadn't had a bunch of leaking problems with the diver v1 I'd be all about the billet box. I hear the v2 and the Sophia are both much easier to use. If I ever get a chance to build a few set ups on either submersible I might have to pick up a billet box someday. When the diver v1 I had did work the vape was fantastic.

I'm currently waiting for my first reo set up to arrive and can't wait to see if the hype is real. I've got a SL/SO grand coming along with a bf cyclone with AFC to go on top. I credit the vaporshark for getting me to think outside the tube.

Your gonna love your REO. I just got a 2.1 with a reomizer and it's a fan-freakin'-tastic, no muss, no fuss vape!

So you can use the Sophia for the billetbox? Can you please point me to the right resources to learn more? Thanks :)
