Thanks Kat! With all of us working to spread the news as much as we can, hopefully we can draw the needed attention to it!
That's why we're doing our best to get folks to share it with vendors, on all social media. Those threads don't have thousands and thousands of people though, it's the same people who are chatting on it many many times. You can only like a FB page once. Still his FB page should have far more people than that!! When a cat video can go viral in 24 hours, something like this should have tons of followers, even among non vapers!
I don't need to. He has never smoked, never drank alcohol and has never done drugs. I hardly think he'd take up vaping for fun.
What makes you so certain that he's a vapor? I hope it wasn't those Photoshopped images that have been making the rounds.
It's in the works. Why isn't there a banner for it at the top of this website?
When vaping was the new 'it' thing they were all over it to show they were cool & not smoking. Now that it's the bad thing, they'll hide rather than stand upI know of some very rich people, and they are even vapers!!

--Jack Nicholson
--Rush Limbaugh

Many of them like to stand up and be heard on social issues.
Not sure why they are staying silent now.

There is a post on the FB page for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. It's asking that look into A Billion Lives. Go give it a like or comment if you have FB.
I don't do much Facebook, though I do have an account. Can you post a link? Thanks!
Aaron brought up a very good point in the webinar. He said that it is difficult to have people take their film seriously when their channel on Youtube has only 2,500 subscribers while "vaping celebrities" like P Busardo, Suck My Mod, etc. has over 100,000 subscribers each. People question why should they support this film when even vapers don't support it.
I contacted NEWD Clothing about the beanies and caps. They replied today that they plan on having stock within about a week.I noticed the other night they were out of the Beanies, which is what I wanted. Perhaps I'll contact them to ask if they'll be getting any more Beanies and Caps in.
If you can find the video, I'd love to see it.Hopefully a certain politician who is supportive of vaping isn't lying or suggesting something that isn't true, but who knows. The video is around here somewhere.
The guy's profile pic in my post is clickable, you should be able to get there either way.
ETA: I put the address, it shows the post, argh, FB!
You have my sympathy, and my empathy. It's just my take away from having spent a MONTH plus advertising The Great Chicago Vape-In on VU and ECF, as well as calling more than 100 vape shops, and visiting at least a dozen to hand out flyers...but vapers don't like to do anything to save their cause. Numbskulls? Lazy bums? Whatever... I had one guy who I did not even see at the meetup show up.
What were we going to do at the event? Hand check, talk about great e-liquids, ohhhh....and this thing called COMING FDA REGULATIONS.
While I will never try to put on an event again, you can bet that nobody will care until they are confronted with fact that they are back on cigarettes.
I would consider it a very positive sign that they underestimated the demand.I contacted NEWD Clothing about the beanies and caps. They replied today that they plan on having stock within about a week.
Vape on!

It's still there, but you have to find it under Visitor Posts, on the left side of the page. The post was made yesterday (6-12) at 6:46pm. It's a busy page so you have to scroll down to find it. Clicking the link here seems to take you right to the post. It's gone.
