Just received my Black Omega from AltSmoke.com
When I first took it out of the package I was dying to try the action on the button, however the button was very stiff and took too much pressure to press it. After visiting the website and following the assembly/dis-assembly instructions I discovered that the black O-Ring (hehe) had slipped out of the top chamber and was around the slide piece. After popping it back in the top and adjusting the gap clearance the device works like a champ.
The video on the website is very helpful.

I am assuming that this happened during shipping. Perhaps this could be avoided in the future if a box is used instead of a flat rate envelope.
