I have been off of Analogs for about a month or so and am starting to have this cough. This cough feels like its like I have congestion but I am healthy as of now. When I spit up what I cough, it has little black flecks in it. Now, I want to think that this is my body expelling all the tar from when I was smoking. But a little voice in my head says that it could also be from the e-cigg liquid.
Anybody else have this happen to them when they first quit the analogs? If so, how long can I expect it? lets see, i smoked about a pack a day for about 22 years.
