I placed an order with them yesterday and had a question about a free sample. He replied within the hour at 9:30P.M. on a saturday night which was great, and although he is busy and makes all the juice himself he doesn't usually give free samples he would throw one in for me. I really appreciate this level of customer service and hopefully I love his juice so we can continue to do business. Anyway if any of you were considering placing an order with Black Velvet ejuice go right ahead I don't think you will be disappointed.
