Bland flavor coming from BVC tank or the liquid?

Just got an Aspire K1 Mini BVC clearomizer today, or glassomizer as it says on the box. Never tried BVC's before, let alone any Aspire products. I'm vaping KrankBerry 18mg at 11 watts on an itaste MVP and the resistance is at 1.8 ohms. The vapor production has been outstanding since the first hit, but the flavor was similar to that warm top coil burnt taste at first, then it was perfect after a few hours, and now it's the most bland flavor I've ever had. Like some plain flavorless e liquid. I noticed tho that when I tried dripping on the BVC was when the flavor was on point. I figured dripping was the way to go since there's no wicks or filling In this tank. I'm hesitant to continue dripping tho since I'm not entirely sure if I'm supposed to. Has anyone tried KrankBerry and found it bland? If it's not the liquid than has anyone used BVC's lately and also got little to no flavor out of them? Thanks in advance.

Oh, also I saw a review on the K1 Mini on YouTube, and the guy drilled the air holes out to 2mm. Thinking I might try it but I'd like to get more than one opinion on the airflow of the K1 Mini.

After you fill the tank its important to let the coil sit for a few minutes to soak up some juice. Even longer with high VG juices. Otherwise you get some bad, bad burning action. You might need to adjust your power a bit. 11w may be too much for your juice. I'm not sure what you mean by dripping on the BVC. I've been using the BVC's for a couple months and love the flavor.

I am pretty sure he is either putting a needle bottle in the mouthpiece and dripping that way or taking it apart and dripping on the coil that way.

honestly BVCs can be amazing when they work properly but honestly I ditched the BVCs after a month or two because the success ratio of the BVCs is so low sometimes.
