So my V2 starter kit (I know, I know.... but I just found this forum today) just showed up today and now I'm strategizing my next step to make sure I don't run out of juice. It seems like most people here suggest buying blank cartomizers and refilling themselves. What blank cartatomizer would you suggest is best and works with V2 batteries?

Thanks for any insight you can give this total newbie!

Vapelite has their cartomizers on sale. 5.00 for 5. Limit of 4 pks of 5 ea. 3 bucks for shipping. 23.00 for 20 cartomizers to me is a GREAT deal. Best price I have found. Just ordered them a couple of hours ago and have already received an e-mail letting me know that they are on their way.

KR808D-1 threading is what you need and 2.5 to 3 ohm single coil cartomizers are what slim ecigs use.

My personal favorite KR808D-1 cartos are at/near the hotter 2.5 end of that range

V4L.com WOW cartos (around 2.5ohm and can get quite hot on lips - I recommend a delrin or plastic drip tip as a mouthpiece which I use anyway since it's easy to remove to check stuffing with with carto off battery to add juice)

SmokelessImage or Bloogplanet (around 3.6phm and horizontal coil so lip end stays cooler - very absorbent)

I alternate using those two. Both are very nice. I use with thin juices (around 80PG/20VG and V4L WOW juices, or SmokelessImage/Bloog juices are also 80PG/20VG). I also use clear liquids (not dark/cloudy/opaque - you get the best carto life by avoiding juices that drop flavoring sediment in the stuffing clogging it up)

if its 510 connection which i am pretty sure it is you can purchase some boge LR cartomizers and fill them yourself.

...correct if I am wrong BUT, isn't the V2 a slimline, ciggy sized batt model...if so, you should NOT use LR cartos on them, use standard or regular resistance cartos only...2.5-3.5 ohms...the LR cartos should only be used on batts with a 450+mah rating...otherwise, you risk an early/premature death of your batts............

V2 is not 510

V2 is KR808D-1 (2 piece model, male threaded battery, female thread cartos) but a bit overpriced and lies that it is 4.2v (it is 3.7v and all 3.7v are briefly 4.2v fresh off charger but not called 4.2v)
^^^ Is this the V2 you are talking about? If you are asking about something else, then tell us what it is.

V2 sells blank cartos now, and they are very good (at least better than V4L's Wow cartos). Boge 901's also fit the 808d-1 threading, but make sure you get 2.5 ohm or higher. I have never tried boge, but hear nothing but good things. In fact I am planning on ordering some tonight.
