Here is my guess - Because you purchase in small quantities. Whereas they purchase in huge quantities. Ejuice is really inexpensive when you take it down to the amount that is in each cart. Even with figuring in their cost of administration, labor, packaging and marketing they are able to give you similar prices as fill your own. The thing they cannot do is give you as wide of a choice of flavors as you can for yourself.

Some of the prefilleds are smaller carts, but some are the same exact size as the blanks you can buy. I know the Blu Premium 100 carts are the same size and last the same amount of time as I've been able to get from the blanks.

I've only tried the Blu prefilled carts but I have to say, for me, their flavors are a hundred times better than any of the 20 different bottles of ejuice flavors I've purchased from 3 different manufacturers. If I could find a vanilla, cherry and pina colada that was nearly as good as Blu's I'd be thrilled. Their vanilla is just the most outstanding taste. It's not the battery, either because I've been testing them using blank cartos and tanks on a borrowed ego c. Which reminds me, I should test the Blu carts on the ego.
