I bought a mini blem last month and it just throws the 1-3 code. Is this covered under warranty and how do I get ahold of the warranty dept.

E-1 is a short in the atty. what topper are you trying to use? And what resistance coil at what power?

Blems have the same warranty as regular devices. In what context is it throwing the code?

it throws the code on every atomizer I have, I can't get thru to their warranty dep thru the websit (not responding to the form submission.)

The first thing they will tell you to do (they always do) is to clean the contacts, check the spring and try a new battery. I use a pencil eraser on the contacts before alcohol. I'd also try wiping the atty contacts with alcohol. I know it sounds unrelated, but they are going to tell you to do it anyway.
