Just wanted to introduce myself. I am on my 2nd attempt at vaping. Had vaped for a year and a half, and went to my parents house back in April and picked up a cigarette and started smoking analogs again. You would think with two cases of bronchitis since then I would learn how evil cigs really are. But no, I have to be stubborn and hack my way viciously through a smoke. My dad has already been diagnosed with emphysema, so I have motivation there to quit. I have pulled the vamo out of the drawer, loaded a new tank on it and filled it with a new juice. So as the new year begins, so does my desire to quit smoking and start vaping again. So please wish me luck and cheer me on, I will need the motivation and support. My roommate is a smoker, and my husband has done so well on his vaping, 2+ years for him. But he doesn't push for me to quit smoking, just a casual attitude of "whatever makes you happy hun, and as long as we can afford it" So I am leaning on you guys. Have a happy vaping day.

Welcome to ECF and congrats on your decision to vape again and switch from those darned analogs. I know I tried to quit analogs many times and was told to make each a learning lesson and not beat myself up (too much). The new year of 2014 will be so much sweeter, enjoyable and healthier for you since you will be a vaper. Best wishes to you for your vaping journey. Welcome back to vaping and I hope you find ECF to be the kind, supportive and knowledgeable community I have found it to be. The folks here are great.

Hi JuJu!

So, whadya think happened last time? Did you just find you still like stuff about smoking more than you thought you would? Or was there something lacking in your vape experience? If you found you still really liked the experience of smoking well, you have to pretty much find your own path on that one. You have to want to quit - no bones about it. If there was something lacking in your vape experience you know you came back to the right place to get a boat load of help with that!

Talk to us. How can we help?
