Bliss 510 Connector too wide?

I have a V2 bliss (from the most recent production) that won't fit on my only mod, a Wizard's Apprentice, I think the mod is beautiful and the bliss would fit with it really well however when I try to screw it onto it, it threads for one or two turns and then stops, if I try to force it any more when I try to take it off it unscrews to top of the WA (where the switch electronics are)

I held it up side by side to a normal 510 atty and my ego adapter and the threads on the Bliss appear to be ever so slightly wider
I have an ego twist and it fits fine on that + it fits in my ego adapter on the WA (it just looks stupid)

Is there a way to fix the bliss? What would be the best way to go about doing so?

You have to chase the threads on the Bliss w/ a thread chaser! I had to do it to mine for my 69 mod!

i would send them an email. (forgot his name but hes a stand up guy) and tell them whats happening, while i know you would love to use it its not your responsibility to adjust the defect. and for 140 bucks they need to make it right.

It is not a defect... it threads into most mods without a problem. Some mods require you to chase the threads.

This is the correct thread pitch die for a 510 connector, this could be used to chase threads....it's about the cheapest I have found.
