I've been using KR808 CE2's and been pretty happy with them.
Reading about the Bloog here and it sounds great. I just don't like the idea of going back to automatic batteries, so I just bought some of the Bloog cartomizers and they're on the way to me.
Anyone compare the Bloog cartomizers to CE2's using KR808 manual bateries?
I've seen lots of Bloog reviews, but no head to head comparisons between CE2's and Bloogs using KR808 manual batteries. Thanks!

The bloogs are expensive, $15 for five with shipping costs, but refilling them should balance out the cost and if they're as good as everyone says, they'll be worth the extra money...

Whoa! That's quite a bit! There's more companies selling the exact same cartos and you can get shipping as cheap as $2.50!

Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Electronic Cigarettes | Wholesale Electronic Cigarettes | E-Cigarette | Best Electronic Cigarette | Electronic Cigarette (has the cheapest shipping I've seen on them. If you check the suppliers forum I think they might still have ECF coupon codes, too.)
NHaler • Smoking Alternatives (they're called "drippers" on their site)
Elite Vaporworks (haven't dealt with this company much, but they appear to be the exact same cartos.)

They usually run $9 for 5 cartos, but if you buy in larger quantities you can save a bit on shipping!

i ordered elitevaporworks cartos and yes, they seem identical to bloog maxx fusion cartos (yes, i have them too) and i much prefer both of them to say....boge, even the LR boge. the former two cartos dont make any crackling noise when sucking and give you many more refills compared to the boge (maybe due to the bottom coil?) and they are very difficult to get the "burnt taste" out of them as well...since the heating element is not touching the filler. i have not tried the cs2's so i cant compare to them...but i have tried Vortex's and lets just say i wont order them again. im not touting bloog or elitevaporworks cartos because i want you to try them...but because for me, they win hands down. someone else might have an other opinion on them but thats mine.

There were actually a few people who reviewed/compared them.. can't remember exactly who.. go ask in the Bloog subforum, then you'll find out. :)

From what I remember, they worked relitivly similarly. But the CE2's were having problems.. leaking, hard to refil, ect.

Bloog actually does now have a manual batt, and more colors too; should by on the brand new website tomorrow.

Also, Leaford has been working with engineers to release bloogs own version of a clearomizer. But all of the prototypes that the engineers have given him so far have not been worth of the bloog name. Give it some time, I'm sure we'll see them eventually.

I got my Bloog cartomizers today. Here's my initial reaction.
Very nice! They work really well with my standard KR808 manual batteries.
Excellent vapor production, much more vapor than the CE2 cartomizers I've been using.
Very smooth draw too. Very easy to keep topped off, the caps come off easy and no syringes to deal with like the CE2's.
I'm thinking I'll try and keep it topped off throughout the day and hopefully it will last longer than vaping them dry.
Obviously too soon to report on longevity and on how often they need to be topped off, but so far, I like them far more than the CE2's.

Speaking of 808 cartos, I have been using hard cap cartos for a while and loving them. I ordered a batch, but they were soft caps. Cool, I thought, but they all seem like duds. They taste burnt by about the fourth drag. Did they switch to HR (High Resistance) and now my little XL batteries are toasting them or something? I've tried overfilling, underfilling, fluffing the filler, but nothing seems to work. I really don't feel like dissecting them and playing home scientist.

Are you talking about original ones came with the kit? I still couldn't believe but I've used only 4 of them ( 2 took apart out of curiosity and 2 using in rotation right now on 5V PT and battery) from the beginning of March! I've got many-many hours of vaping out of them (about 8-10 on weekends!) and they are still running strong.

I bought my hard tips from Vapor Kings. They rock! Last for weeks of refills, tons of vapor, cooler burning so they are the farthest thing from juice hogs.
I tried a few more soft tips from my China stash and they seem to work like my Vapor Kings, so I'm hoping those first couple were just duds. We'll see...
I may have to try some Bloog cartos, but I'm hesitant because these are already so good :)

Just to update this subject..... I'm really happy with the Bloog cartomizers and I haven't touched the CE's since I got onto these. I've been keeping a small bottle of juice with me and topping it off a couple time a day. I'm thinking they might even last longer this way, never vaping them completely dry.... I did take MN-Puffer's advice and I put in an order for some from elitevaporworks. Anyway, even after a few days of use, the same cartomizer I started with is going strong. Tons of vapor, good solid flavor and easy to keep filled.... I guess I'll post my CE2's and syringes on the items for sale forum.. Thanks!

I haven't found any cartomizer that can compete with the Bloog longevity. The fibers inside won't burn even if you hold a flame to them. I like the fact that I can refill them so many times.

Have you tried other dual coil cartomizers from other vendors? Bloog isn't the only company that carries them.
