Two weeks ago I decided to try out the Maxx Fusion battery/cartos. The product is great so far, i dig the drip tip and the finish is nice. This isn't a review, however, i wanted to give a little bit of love to Customer Service people over at Bloog.

I ordered two weeks ago, and just got my shipment today. The first one was tracked, and the USPS website claimed it was delivered-the package just never showed up in my mailbox. I talked to my post office, my mail carrier, but there wasn't really anything they could do. Was it lost in the shuffle? Stolen from my mail box? Who knows. But bloog did immediately re-send the shipment, free of charge. No big hassle, no 'not our problem' though it certainly wasn't, they just got me the product.

So, bravo.

they probably shipped to the wrong address or something. mail man showed up yesterday heard him ringing the doorbell walked out to 3 packages and he was bringing up more till i looked at the adress on them, was 3000 instead of 3025, if i wouldnt have been home or wouldnt have said anything someone would have lost out on ALLOT of stuff. gotta love usps......
