Hey Leaford, in addition, I have a similar issue with a couple of my customers chargers.
It's kinda like the 2 pieces of the charger were just snapped together with no adhesive.
I was able to repair one of them with a little super glue. The other one broke the wires when it was pulled out of the wall and the 2 pieces came apart.

Sorry about that DLL. I'm going to take a close look at our chargers and see if there's any issue there.

yea as much as i hate to say it one of my chargers came broke but i put a screw in it and works fine just my input

Mine still has the screw, however it is not holding anything in place. I think the plastic may be broken inside. Something also is rattling.
