I'm kidding - I have no idea, that's pretty weird - I'd say you are feeling condensation from the vapor though - and not e-liquid, unless you are getting some serious spit-back. Maybe you should try exhaling a little vapor before you start the attempt to blow your o's?

Probably e-liquid condensing from vapor to liquid as you hold vapor in your mouth to blow your o's.

Them O's are tricky I can blow every letter of the alphabet but them O's get me every time. Lol are you hitting the mod to hard maybe? Or maybe in taking to much vapor it condensates like others have said.
