I am just blown away. They ran out of tootsie roll. I told them to give me peach cobler. I just got the order today. Was told they had run out of peach cobler. They did not want to holdup my order any longer. They threw in two sample bottles of Tootsie for me. Told me once it came in stock they would send me what I order. Not sure if going to the peach or tootsie rolls. I had only order 5ml to start with. With two of the tootsie rolls that is 6mls plus my 5ml order. They did not have to do that. Kristen hand written the note for me. That was another nice surprise. They threw in ry5, mango tea, two tootsie roll samples with my order. I got watermelon, cappinunio, fig, and bread nut bread. I am very happy camper.

FSUSA has AWESOME customer service! Don't forget that they also ate the extra $6 that it costs to reship your item that you paid $4 for. Most companies would have just held your order until they got more of an out of stock item! You can't complain at all! The free samples are always awesome too!!! I sure hope my order gets here today. I trust FSUSA 10,000X more than I trust the post office who is brining me my juice! The post office is the one who concerns me most! lol.

I agree. They gave me my tootise rolls just in smaller bottles. There was no need to resend a bigger bottle. I am not greedy. I just want what I pay for, if samples are thrown in great, and does not take two years to get here. I will order some more juices here in the next month. My hubby tells me I got too much. How you do you ever have too much.

LOL eeyore, nope can't ever have too much, not when it's fsusa juice imo. sounds like you got a nice order...and those samples get ya each time. I got ccoconut cream to try out...and of course new ones...and old ones I haven't gotten too. hmmm need more cartos soon. hope they have some soon.

I want to try bogoe cart. The ones I have are from Liberty. They last me about 2 to 3 days before I have to replace. With hubby and me can get expensive. I can not fine boge in 5 pack. One single is not good buy.

Banana Nut Bread is my #1 FSA flavor, that is just pure heaven. Although I ordered a sampler of Hopscotch and it is now tied for 2nd with RY4. Those 3 flavors are like the greatest in the world...

Two of my favorites are hopscotch and RY4. I've never tried the banana nut bread yet, but I will, since it's likely that we have similar tastes. Isn't the hopscotch awesome?!?

Dang it div....you really need to stop reminding me of flavors that I purchased and haven't tried yet....I'm still stuck on this doublemint gum....she says as she sulks on her way back to her desk so she can grab the blueberry coconut that she ordered to try it...sigh

At first when I tried them the juices were not that good. I let them sit for a few days. The banana nut one started out with you could taste the nut but not the banana. Now you can taste the two together. The watermellon tasted like mint at first. Now it more of candy watermelon. The tootsie roll is ok. I would like more chocolate. The cappino is still weak tasting to me. Mango tea. I can taste the tea but not much of mango yet. I got rv5 not tried that yet. My taste buds are changing. I only been at this for 3 weeks. So I know I might not like something today does not mean next week I might love it.
