Did you try to contact them directly through their site perhaps? There's a phone number there and an e-mail that may be different than the one you've tried to contact them through.

Have once if nothing by morning I may just call them, originally thought perhaps they were still playing catch up, but folks are already receiving their product so I'm going to assume a call is in order.
