The blue foam is not Fluval.
Fluval is at Petsmart and maybe Petco. It comes in a blue box as "Fluval Water Polishing Pad" 304/305 404/405. You get six white pads that you peel apart and cut to size. The one you want has a rather large, yellow "6" on front. We've had our same $4.50 box since last fall.
Sorry I couldn't get a photo to paste. Just Google Fluval Water Polishing Pad and you'll find it.

That is exactly what I have, purchased at Petco in Mesa, Arizona. I can not get it to wick up any more than a drop or 2 off the top. I get about 3 puffs then dry atty. Pulling the filler out, you can see about the top 1/8 is dry and the rest still clings to the remaining ~16 drops of valuable juice.

I have tried cutting it toward the curved corner and the other way to get "with the grain". I tried packing it so loose it leaked all over the place. It leaked all over but still held onto most of my juice in the bottom. I put a little stir-straw in the side. It simply is not working for me in my 510. I had the same problem with every other filler so far. Blue Foam, Bonded Filter Sleeve (best so far but nowhere near good), Pyramid Tea Bag.

Any suggestions?

You get the best results by pulling apart the sheets so they are thinner. Cut to just a bit larger than your cart and trim what sticks out of the top of the cart. I just filled three carts with Fluval today and each one took 12-15 drops. Takes some practice. No leaking problems in my eGo.

That's what I did. Pulled the Fluval pad apart at about 1/3 thickness, trimmed to just a tad larger than the cart opening, inserted with tweezers to the bottom, trim top flush. Filled with about 20 drops (could cram 22 in if I tried). Doesn't work for me...nor does anything else so far though.

Of your 12-15 drops, after it begins to taste empty, how many to refill again? Mine takes like 2-4 drops, meaning most of it is still sitting in the bottom, stuck. Also after refilling, it works even worse because the top is all smashed in by the bridge and it makes a worse connection than the first use.
