How many times can a blue foam plug be reused?I know you can buy whole packages for cheap.but i got the little 75 cent packs from strictly EJ.About how much life do you other bf users get before putting in fresh?

As long as you rinse/wash it fairly often, you should be able to use them for a long, long time. Years even!
I changed one out after 5 months. Why? Because I could. No real indication that it needed to be changed.
I just press the blue foam between tissues/paper towels before refilling and that gets rid of any excess in the foam.
I've used some for the last 5 weeks and just wash them in a cup of hot water everynow and again. I have had a couple burn due to the atty heating them up too much yet other than that if cared for I don't see why they wouldn't last for years
