Blue smoktech 18650 amp rating????

The generic unmarked blue 18650 cells typically have amp ratings closer to 3 amps. What mod did it come with?
Most of the Smoktech mods that come with these cells are 15w devices with a max 4 amp output. I would assume that the battery can hold no higher an amp rating than the device it came with and wouldn't use it for any other application. My personal advice would be to get a better battery where you know its specifications.

yeah I have some credit at a e cig shop and just grabbed 2 of them along with a few others ,they didn't cost me any thing so I thought id grab some and look the up....I think there smoktech from the pics I can find online.. they look nice..lol
Those are most likely re-wrapped generic batteries. Who knows who makes them for Smoktech? 
Not recommended. Seen at Amazon & EBay at cheap prices or thrown in for free in a kit when you purchase a mod from China. These are unknown batteries of unknown quality by an unknown manufacturer, and not worth the risk using in your mod. Never assume because they were included with your mod that they are safe or the correct battery to use.
Personally, I don't recommend using any battery that you don't know what it is or who made it. Your batteries are the most important part of your vaping setup, don't skimp on their price for your own and other's safety.
