They also come (complete with syringe) with inexpensive kits from Staples, Office Depto, etc., meant to refill your inkjet cartridges. I don't know the guage of them, but they're not small and can handle vg pretty well.

I get my needles from my local CVS pharmacy. I picked up five 18g today for 20 cents each and they aren't taxed for some reason.
